It is worth reading.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch3 id=\"case-a-%E2%80%94-you-filled-in-a-lead-form-on-facebook-or-instagram\" tabindex=\"-1\">Case A — You filled in a lead form on Facebook or Instagram\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\u003Cp>You saw a business's ad, left your name and phone number, and now you no longer want\nthat business to contact you.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Your data belongs to that business, not to us.\u003C\u002Fstrong> SincroLead is only the tool the\nbusiness uses to receive it: we hold it on their behalf and never use it for any purpose\nof our own.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>You can still write to us: we will \u003Cstrong>identify the business\u003C\u002Fstrong>, forward your request, and\ntell you we have done so. Name, contact details, answers and the text of notes and appointments are\ndeleted for good; the lead remains as an anonymous number in the statistics, and the\nactivity log records who did it, when and why.
